Help Wanted.

In this video I explore three reasons why we may not always ask for the help that we need, including:

  1. Lack of Trust
  2. The myth that "help" = "weakness"
  3. Fighting against the "Proof vs Potential" Bias

I believe all this to be a product of an old system, the Patriarchal model that is detrimental to women & men alike. Through self-inquiry, observation, and conversation we have an opportunity to shift the model towards something that is healthier, easier, and more balanced for us all.

Questions for self-inquiry:

  • Where could you use some help?
  • What would it look like to receive help there?
  • Can you feel the fear + ask anyway?

I'd love to hear your thoughts.
