Coaching
Through a coaching container, I start by helping clients to identify a clear vision — for themselves, their work, their relationship, their teams, a business, a project, a change management strategy, or whatever else is important to them. Once we are clear on “where we are going”, I support clients in creating intuitive structures that incorporate accountability… and flexibility. (We learn new things as we grow!)
Coaching can take the form of:
A one-off, 90-minute visioning session with pointed actions to bring that vision to life.
An ongoing retainer, set in 3-month increments (option for weekly / bi-weekly / as-needed coaching cadence)

I hold over 10+ years of experience designing branding & marketing campaigns, custom learning experiences for executives, teams & companies, and internal programming to support the needs of employer & employees alike. I enjoy the creative process of defining needs & building a bespoke experience that brings key stakeholders on a journey of discovery, transformation, and accountability.

Building programming for a Leadership / Team Offsite or “Learning Lab”

Facilitation
Applying my background in coaching & training in mindful communication, I facilitate spaces of radical authenticity, collaboration, and personal responsibility so that a group of folks can move forward with a shared purpose in mind.
Facilitation can take the form of:
90-Minute Listening Space with key stakeholders to align on what’s working, what’s not working, and what’s needed to move forward
Design Sprint with teams to brainstorm a series of potential solutions to a challenge, with clear next steps to test these concepts further
Defining company vision & values
Conflict resolution between parties where communication has been previously ineffective
Aligning a group of key stakeholders on a set of goals, roles & actions to move forward an initiative.
