Group Sessions

We are even stronger when we come together.

I specialize in facilitation and group coaching to create an experience that breaks barriers, invites collaboration and welcomes magical, radical transformation.

Ways this has come to life:

  • Workshops & discussion groups focused on topics such as "leading with the feminine", breaking unconscious bias, speaking with impact & influence
  • New moon & Full moon circles
  • Rituals to welcome you into new life events, i.e. marriage, motherhood,
  • A group photo shoot in the desert that helped 14 women embrace their discomfort in favor of a supportive sisterhood

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed it’s the only thing that ever has.

Leading with the Feminine

These 2-hour workshops combine a mix of themed yoga / movement with circle discussion, individual & partner work.

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS:

What does "Leading with the Feminine" mean?

The old way is no longer working. We’re disconnected: from our purpose, our bodies, our truth. “Balance” is ever-elusive.  We’ve become accustomed to pushing, striving, competing, and filling our plates with too damn much— and then punishing ourselves for not finishing it all.

It’s time for change. We cannot sustain this any longer. We need it, our families need it, our communities & our planet need it.

At the core of this crisis lies a collective shame around The Feminine, passed down from years of a patriarchal system. Women and men alike associate “feminine” with “weak”, and the stereotype is killing us all.

Leading with the Feminine is about healing our relationship with our feminine, remembering her wisdom and strength, and tapping into her infinite source to create a better way.
