A natural problem-solver with an intuitive, empathetic approach, Emily listens for the root of what is and is not working within companies and develops bespoke solutions that address both employee and employers needs.

Emily has supported previous consulting clients with the following:

  • Providing tools and training to new level managers.

  • Creating off-site one-of-a-kind experiences for corporate teams to build relationships, well-being, trust, collaboration, and alignment.

  • Streamlining processes to increase effectiveness and overall team health.

  • Improving communication between various stakeholder groups.

In addition to program design and facilitation, Emily is a Co-Active certified coach, working with leaders at all levels to step into their “Intuitive Leadership”— a space of effortless impact. Her passion for diversity and inclusion lead her to train with the renowned Lee Mun Wah, bringing mindful facilitation techniques to the most difficult conversations.

Emily has worked for some of the largest Fortune 500 Companies in the world. As Director of Talent Development at Media Arts Lab (Apple’s agency of record), she lead the employee development and diversity programs for 700+ people worldwide, creating a series of successful training programs that expanded to multiple agencies across the Omnicom Network (Integer, TBWA, Chiat, GMR Marketing Group).
